Have you ever looked around at the business you’ve built and thought, “This just doesn’t feel like me anymore”? You’re not alone. Many women hit a season where the work they once felt called to starts to feel heavy, confusing, or disconnected from their original purpose. You’ve put in the time, the heart, and the hustle—but something’s off. And if you’re feeling stuck right now, it doesn’t mean you’re failing. It may simply mean that God is inviting you to pause and realign.
The truth is, most of us don’t feel stuck because we lack effort—we feel stuck because we’re missing a clear, Spirit-led strategy. Over time, it’s easy to drift into striving. We start doing what seems bright, marketable, or urgent… and in the process, we lose the peace and clarity that came when we were building with God, not just for Him.
We try to fix the frustration with surface-level solutions:
- Working harder
- Waking up earlier
- Downloading another planner or productivity tool
But let’s be honest—those things rarely bring lasting change. Because the real issue isn’t strategy alone—it’s alignment. Real change occurs through heart transformation, not just behavioral tweaks.
Romans 12:2 reminds us:
"Be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—His good, pleasing, and perfect will."
In other words, new outcomes flow from renewed thinking.

If you’re in a fog right now, try asking yourself:
- Am I building this with God—or just asking Him to bless what I’ve built?
- What kind of fruit is this season producing? (Peace? Joy? Or anxiety and burnout?)
- What’s the thing God keeps nudging me toward… that I keep pushing aside?
Sometimes, being stuck is just an invitation to step back and ask better questions. You don’t need to quit or blow it all up—you need to realign. Perhaps God is pruning something that once bore fruit so He can grow something new. That’s not failure. That’s faith.
Here’s a rhythm I love to follow:
Reflect → Realign → Rise
Reflect → Realign → Rise
- Reflect on what’s working and what’s draining you
- Realign your business with what God is speaking in this season
- Rise with fresh clarity, strategy, and peace
Friend, you don’t have to stay stuck. This in-between season, it’s not wasted—it’s holy ground. It’s where transformation starts.
If you’re ready for clarity, I’d love to support you.
